The research, presented by ITQF in partnership with Repubblica Affari & Finanza, was conducted by analyzing over 1 million online citations referring to a panel of 2,000 Italian employers in a period between June 2020 and June 2021. The results were calculated on a percentage compared to the first national team in each sector, and in the “Automobile and Vehicles” category Ferrari is on the podium with a score of 100, followed by Ducati (93) and Mercedes Benz Italia (84). The top ten continues with Lamborghini (80.2), Piaggio & C. (74.6), Maserati (73.3), Autotorino (70.2), Stellantis (69.9), Honda Italia (65.5) and Iveco (61).
Three macro-areas evaluated during the survey are business culture (16 items including work climate, corporate welfare, smart working, cohesion between colleagues), career (professional and skills development, work incentives, growth prospects, networking) and corporate values (respect, integrity, tolerance, communication, fairness and recognition). Autotorino, in particular, with its offices in Lombardy, Piedmont, Emilia-Romagna, Friuli-Venezia Giulia and Veneto (with the Autostar brand) is the only dealer to be included in the ranking having passed the access thresholds in the “Automobile and Vehicles ”alongside the manufacturers.
